You may request a return within 30 days after the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair, or damage
• Returned with original tags, labels, and packaging where applicable
• In a condition suitable for inspection and resale

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as non-returnable
• Worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged items
• Items without required tags or packaging
• Personal or hygiene-sensitive items where applicable

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Original Shipping Fee

We charge a flat standard shipping fee of USD $9.99 per order.

The original USD $9.99 standard shipping fee is generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

• Bank/card processing: 3–10 business days depending on your payment provider

The original shipping fee may not be refunded unless the return is caused by our error.
